Controller - Part-Time (50%)

📋 Description

• Own and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accurate and timely
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, journal entries, account
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606, including review of complex
• Manage and coordinate quarterly reviews and annual audits with external auditors
• Oversee tax compliance processes and coordinate with external tax advisors
• Maintain and strengthen accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed CPA with 2-3+ years of relevant post-internship experience in an Assistant Controller
• Big 4 experience required, including completion of a Big 4 internship
• Alternatively, current or former Big 4 Manager with relevant accounting and audit experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, with experience working with Israeli statutory accounting and
• Strong understanding of ASC 606 and SaaS revenue recognition
• Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP system - preferred
