Controller (Retail Industry Experience required)

📋 Description

• Oversee financial operations for multiple retail businesses.
• Provide insights to leadership to support growth.
• Manage full-cycle accounting (AP, AR, GL, payroll).
• Lead month-end and year-end closes and reconciliations.
• Manage inventory accounting, forecasting, and controls.
• Deliver financial reports, dashboards, and analyses.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years in Controller or senior financial leadership.
• Experience in restaurant/retail accounting, multi-location.
• US GAAP knowledge and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, POS, ERP, and Excel.
• Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment.
