Maintain and evolve controls software architecture connecting AI Driver outputs to vehicle actuation
Implement and maintain production-quality, latency-sensitive control software in C++
Use simulation, closed-loop evaluation, and on-road testing to verify control behavior
Work with teams to define controller interfaces and integrate with adjacent systems

🎯 Requirements

Strong fundamentals in control theory
Experience developing and tuning control or motion systems on real physical systems
Strong software engineering skills with production-quality C++
Experience with latency-sensitive or real-time software
Ability to debug system-level behavior in complex robotic systems
