📋 Description

• Serve as the primary on-site escalation point for Sustaining Automation Technicians resolving
• Support troubleshooting of electrical, control systems, SCADA systems, and safety systems.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to Automation Technicians on the factory floor.
• Guide the team to complete maintenance activities and work orders.
• Ensure all plant automated equipment functions safely and correctly, strictly following Safety and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience working on industrial control systems in a manufacturing
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and planning skills, with prior supervisory or lead experience.
• Strong technical communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Controls/Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent
