Controls Technician

📋 Description

• Support implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of control systems for data centers and
• Work with BMS, EPMS, SCADA, PLCs to ensure reliable operation of cooling, power, and safety systems.
• Collaborate with engineers to maintain automated controls and respond to operational needs.
• Monitor performance and assist in responding to utility grid events.
• Update and maintain HMIs and interfaces for system monitoring.
• Maintain fire safety and emergency shutdown procedures (ESOP).

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in a technical field (e.g., Controls Technology, Mechatronics, Automation) or
• 3+ years hands-on experience with industrial control systems.
• Experience with Ignition SCADA or similar programming.
• Familiarity with Siemens TIA Portal or equivalent PLC programming.
