Develop conversational chatbot solutions using Cognigy and NICE Proactive AI Agent.
Collaborate with the TTEC Digital project team to improve JavaScript software.
Code and test projects.
Deliver high-quality software on time.
Attend meetings and training as required.
Perform system analysis and project management duties for project success.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years building NLP systems, including LLM/Generative AI solutions.
3+ years dev experience including JavaScript, Python, Java and real-time testing.
5+ years JavaScript experience.
Experience with DialogFlow, Cognigy, Amazon Lex or Omilia.
Hands-on chatbot creation and AI Virtual Agents/Agent Assist.
CCaaS, NICE CXone and CXone Studio experience is a plus.
