Collaborate with the TTEC Digital project team to improve JavaScript-based software.
Code, test, and deliver high-quality software on time.
Conduct system analysis and project management activities for project success.
Deliver customer-facing demos, pitches, and value propositions.
Resolve defects and support ongoing development and future concepts.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years building NLP/LLM or Generative AI systems.
3+ years software development (JavaScript, Python, Java).
5+ years JavaScript experience.
Experience with DialogFlow, Kore.ai, Cognigy, Lex or Omilia.
Hands-on chatbot creation and AI Virtual Agents.
NICE CXone/CCaaS experience is nice to have.
