Conversational AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and develop enterprise conversational AI solutions using Dialogflow CX and related platforms.
• Build and manage intents, entities, flows, routes, fulfillment, and session/state management.
• Develop and maintain backend webhook services using REST APIs, FastAPI, Node.js, or Java.
• Integrate AI assistants with contact-center platforms, telephony, IVR, and agent handoff workflows.
• Deploy and manage production webhook services on Google Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, and GKE.
• Monitor analytics and optimize dialogue flows for better user experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in AI/ML, data science, software engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, conversational AI, or ML productionization.
• Hands-on experience with Dialogflow CX or equivalent platforms (Lex, Watson, Rasa, Kore.ai).
• Strong backend development skills with REST APIs, FastAPI, Node.js, or Java.
• Experience integrating AI assistants with contact-center platforms, telephony systems, IVR, and agent handoff workflows.
• Knowledge of NLU testing, conversation testing, regression testing, and performance optimization.
