Conversational AI Engineer - Google/GECX & Code Agents

📋 Description

• Develop multi-agent architectures with CX Agent Studio and Code Agents
• Write custom Python/TypeScript tools and callbacks
• Use GECX CLI and tooling for linting and validation
• Design generative playbooks and control flows for agents
• Integrate Code Agents with live databases, CRMs, CCaaS APIs
• Automate QA with golden-scenario tests and simulations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years building conversational AI or programmatic AI workflows
• Proficient in Python or TypeScript/Node.js
• Experience with JSON payloads, REST APIs, and webhooks
• Git-based workflows and CLIs for deployment
• Hands-on with GECX tooling (cxas-scrapi workspace/SDK)
• Knowledge of Dialogflow CX, CX Agent Studio, or similar
