📋 Description

• Develop Multi-Agent Architectures: Build and configure modular, hierarchical agent networks using
• Write Custom Code Tools & Callbacks: Program specialized backend logic, data transformation
• Leverage GECX Engineering CLI & Tooling: Use uv environments and cxas CLI for linting and
• Design Generative Playbooks & Control Flows: Author structured agent instructions with custom
• Program Enterprise Integrations: Connect Code Agents to databases, CRMs, and CCaaS networks via MCP
• Automate Quality & Evaluation (CI/CD): Script test cases and simulation evals to prevent

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience building conversational AI solutions, virtual agents, or programmatic AI
• Strong proficiency in Python or TypeScript/Node.js with experience handling JSON payloads, RESTful
• Experience with Git-based developer workflows and command-line interfaces (CLIs) for versioning and
• Hands-on experience with Google’s GECX Code Agent tooling (e.g., cxas-scrapi workspace/SDK).
• Good technical understanding of Dialogflow CX, CX Agent Studio, or similar conversational
