Conversational Specialist (eSales)

📋 Description

• Develop AI-driven conversational flows to improve online orders
• Build and optimize prompts and intervention logic
• Collaborate with UX, eService, IT, and AI teams to test and implement ideas
• Serve as the AI contact within the eSales team, identifying opportunities for digital channel

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building AI agents and flows
• Interest in AI, digital customer interaction, and improving online journeys
• Background in e-commerce, UX writing, conversational design, or data, or quick learner
• Experience creating and refining AI prompts and flows
• Curious, analytical, willing to test and iterate to find what works
• Strong language sense to guide and boost conversion; able to collaborate with UX, IT, marketing
