📋 Description

• Prepares meal ingredients: washing, peeling, cutting, assembling.
• Receives orders from kitchen POS and uses the POS system.
• Executes meal prep per recipe standards and dietary restrictions.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and storage.
• Maintains food safety, hygiene, and proper food handling.
• Shifts into other kitchen positions as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Oregon Food Handler's Card required.
• One (1) year culinary experience required.
• Working knowledge of kitchen and food safety.
• Strong knife skills.
• Ability to work quickly and effectively with others.
• Strong customer focus.
