📋 Description

• Be the point of contact at the front of the store and take orders
• Bake warm, delicious cookies for customers
• Greet guests, answer questions, and confirm orders for accuracy
• Ensure fast, accurate delivery orders and proper packaging
• Handle cash and payments with accuracy; maintain bakery cleanliness
• Provide a warm, friendly in person and phone experience

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 months of customer service experience
• Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor
• Customer service focused and willing to exceed guest expectations
• Great communication, organizational and math skills
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lb
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed
