• You are the front-of-store contact and bake warm cookies.
• Interact with customers, take orders, and ensure accuracy.
• Provide a warm, friendly experience in-store and on the phone.
• Assist with delivery orders and keep the bakery clean.
• Support fast service to deliver great guest experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 months of customer service experience - preferred
• Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor
• Customer service focused and a willingness to exceed guest expectations
• Great communication, organizational and math skills
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed
