• Greet guests and take orders according to procedure
• Explain menu items, answer questions, and reconfirm orders
• Bake cookies to perfection and scoop ice cream
• Package fast, warm, and correct delivery orders
• Handle cash accurately and maintain till integrity
• Clean and sanitize the bakery

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in a customer service focused role - preferred
• Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor
• Great communication and organizational skills
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
