📋 Description

• Greet guests and take orders per procedure
• Help customers understand menu items and clarify questions
• Give customers a warm experience in person and by phone
• Bake cookies to perfection and scoop ice cream
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
• Handle cash accurately with no shortages or overages

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in a customer service focused role - preferred
• Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor
• Customer service focused and willing to exceed guest expectations
• Great communication, organizational and math skills
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lb
• Must be 18 years or older and able to work nights, weekends and holidays
