• Promptly greet guests, take orders per procedure.
• Help customers understand menu items and confirm accuracy.
• Provide a warm in-person and phone experience.

• Ensure fast, correct delivery orders are packed and sent.
• Handle cash and payments accurately with no shortages.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 months in a customer-service role (preferred).
• Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor.
• Customer-service focused; willing to exceed guest expectations.
• Great communication, organizational, and math skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lb.
• Must be 18+ and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
