📋 Description

• Greet guests and take orders according to store procedures
• Explain menu items and confirm orders for accuracy
• Provide a warm in-person and phone experience
• Bake cookies to perfection and scoop ice cream
• Ensure fast, warm, correctly packaged delivery orders
• Handle cash and payments accurately

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 months of customer service experience - preferred
• Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor
• Customer service focused and willing to exceed guest expectations
• Great communication, organizational and math skills
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lb
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed
