• Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and make interactions memorable.
• Prepare, bake, and package warm cookies and treats to quality standards.
• Accurately prepare in-store, pickup, delivery, and online orders.
• Operate the register and process guest transactions.
• Keep the bakery clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe during shifts.
• Jump in wherever needed, restocking supplies or assisting teammates to keep the line moving.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to obtain any required food safety certifications for the location
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
• Stand and walk for extended periods; lift up to 30 pounds regularly; occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Read order screens, recipes, and safety information
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members in a fast-paced environment
