Cooperative Advisor

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with dairy producer members across assigned territories.
• Organize and facilitate training sessions, member meetings, regional assemblies, and
• Support producers in their efforts to maintain and improve milk quality standards.
• Monitor farm-level quality improvement initiatives and provide guidance in accordance with industry
• Follow up with members when milk analysis results do not meet required standards and support
• Explain cooperative policies, procedures, and programs while assisting members with documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Animal Production, Plant Production, General Agronomy, Agricultural
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
• Minimum of three years of relevant professional experience.
• Membership in the Ordre des agronomes du Québec or willingness to obtain membership.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of dairy cattle production and the dairy industry.
