• Lead the strategic management and optimization of digital performance campaigns across multiple
• Collaborate with media, business intelligence, planning, creative, and other cross-functional teams
• Participate in strategic discussions, presenting campaign diagnostics, growth opportunities, and
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends and inefficiencies, and implement

• Design and manage A/B tests and other experimentation initiatives to improve campaign performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• Solid previous experience in digital performance media, preferably within an advertising agency
• Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, campaign management, performance
• Experience analyzing campaign performance metrics and developing data-driven recommendations to
• Familiarity with media operating systems, audience behavior analytics, and tools for understanding
• Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), dashboards, and business intelligence tools for performance
