• Minimum of two years in managing corporate offices, hotel environments, or complex high-traffic
• Documented record in zero-downtime operations for 24/7 mission-critical centres
• High skills in general electrical systems, plumbing, and climate control operations
• Comprehensive understanding of UPS redundancy, electrical load balancing, and RITE regulations
• Hands-on experience with BMS software for environmental monitoring
• High level of manual dexterity and safety awareness when operating various technical tools
