Perform customer service tasks, including understanding requirements, complaints, and claims
Organize and supervise testing activities in the area, ensuring necessary resources.
Conduct tests and evaluations for technical lab staff to authorize test execution.
Ensure tests are performed under established norms and ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.

🎯 Requirements

Education: Professional in civil engineering, industrial engineering, geology, or related fields
Experience: 1 year in quality control and personnel management.
Training: Knowledge of NTC-ISO/IEC 17025.
Technical knowledge: Office tools, quality assurance, basic metrology.

Salary: COP 4,100,000 monthly
