Support various project/program tasks for Oscar's delegated behavioral health vendors.
Collaborate with stakeholders and report to the Director, Network Contracting.
Assist with program implementation, configuration, testing, and monitoring of vendor services.
Handle escalations, root cause analysis, and timely resolutions with stakeholders.
Coordinate audits and ensure alignment with cross-program leads.
Assist with compliance and other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years of relevant experience
Experience with QA/testing and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira) is a bonus
Familiarity with payer ACA/health exchange insurance is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Base salary: $67,813 – $89,004 per year
