Coordinator, Content Metadata & Distribution

📋 Description

• Maintain metadata for Monumental Sports Network video content, including titles, series and episode
• Maintain centralized content inventories, metadata repositories, delivery trackers, and
• Coordinate the packaging and delivery of content to third-party distribution partners, including
• Format content metadata according to partner-specific schemas, naming conventions, templates, and
• Prepare and validate partner delivery packages containing video assets, metadata, artwork
• Track content through the full distribution lifecycle, including preparation, submission

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant experience in digital media, content operations, metadata management
• Ability to maintain accuracy across large amounts of information.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills with the ability to handle multiple
• Strong proficiency working with spreadsheets, structured data, tracking systems, and content
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to understand and follow detailed technical and operational specifications.
