Oversee program implementation incl. configuration, testing, monitoring of vendor services.
Manage inbound escalations; identify root cause; communicate resolutions.
Review internal/external audit requests; coordinate with vendors/stakeholders.
Support alignment with key stakeholders; provide cross-program support.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Other duties as assigned.
