• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or video calls
• Assist customers with vehicle rental & pickup questions
• Verify customer information and provide assistance
• Offer technical support during key pickup and troubleshoot self-service issues
• Collaborate with SIXT branches across countries
• Make calls to promote additional sales and improvements
