📋 Description

• Provide premium customer support in a remote environment for SIXT customers internationally.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, or video calls and assist with vehicle rental/pickup questions.
• Verify customer info and offer related assistance; troubleshoot during key pickup.
• Collaborate with SIXT branches across countries and promote additional services.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in German and English; additional languages (Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch) are a plus.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset with clear, persuasive communication.
• Flexible and able to adapt to dynamic shifts, including night hours.
