• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or video calls
• Assist customers with vehicle rental and pickup process and closing reservations
• Verify customer information and provide related assistance
• Offer technical support during key pickup and troubleshoot issues in self-service
• Collaborate with SIXT branches in different countries
• Promote additional sales and improvements

• Customer Orientation and strong understanding of customer needs
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in German and English; additional languages such as Spanish, French
• Effective Communication and clear, persuasive interaction
• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic work environment, including night shifts
• Teamwork in an international, cooperative setting
• Solution-Focused mindset to quickly identify problems and propose solutions
