• Provide premium customer service in a remote, international team
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, or video calls
• Assist with vehicle rental and pickup processes, including reservations
• Verify customer information and provide related help
• Offer technical support during key pickup and troubleshoot self-service issues
• Collaborate with SIXT branches across countries
