📋 Description

• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or video calls
• Assist customers with vehicle rental and pickup questions, and close reservations
• Verify customer information and provide related assistance
• Offer technical support during key pickup and troubleshoot self-service issues
• Collaborate with SIXT branches in different countries

🎯 Requirements

• Customer orientation with ability to anticipate needs
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
• Effective communication, clear and persuasive
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment; night shifts possible
• Teamwork in an international, cooperative setting
• Solution-focused with prompt problem-solving skills
