📋 Description

• Assist in developing and executing the Jr Knicks youth basketball strategy.
• Lead program and event operations for Jr Knicks camps, clinics, and events.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Ticketing, and Partnerships on Jr Knicks platforms.
• Manage on-site staff and clinicians; frontline brand ambassador.
• Coordinate registration, venue setup, check-in, and post-event surveys.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in youth sports and/or operations
• Understanding of the youth basketball landscape; grassroots experience preferred
• Undergraduate college degree required
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite—Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Ability to use social media and digital platforms
• Detail-oriented with strong project management
