📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, CROs, principal investigators, and clinical
• Process assigned submissions accurately and efficiently while meeting established turnaround times
• Conduct thorough reviews of submission materials, identify missing or incomplete information, and

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or an office-based environment, preferably
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook.
• Strong ability to manage administrative tasks, documentation, deadlines, and multiple priorities
• Demonstrated focus and precision when reviewing information and processing documentation.
