Coordinator - Lead Generation

📋 Description

• Manage high-volume inbound/outbound communications with prospective drivers
• Follow up consistently on leads from recruitment campaigns
• Qualify candidates before transferring to Driver Recruiters
• Use recruiting software including Tenstreet to track leads
• Prepare weekly reports on lead sources and hires
• Apply creative prospecting strategies to generate leads

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong prospecting and lead qualification skills
• Excellent telephone presence and interpersonal skills
• Ability to make 80+ outbound calls per day
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
