• Coordinate group travel operations for a portfolio of clients, ensuring seamless planning and
• Identify new business opportunities in the group travel market and support growth initiatives.
• Source hotels, prepare bid comparisons using CVENT, negotiate rates, manage contracts.
• Maintain digital files, review contracts and travel docs, track milestones and deadlines.
• Manage opportunities and client data in Salesforce, maintain pipelines and records.
• Build relationships with hotels, partners, venues, and stakeholders for client outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in group travel, hospitality, sports operations, or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of group travel logistics (hotel sourcing, air, ground transport, catering
• Experience negotiating hotel contracts and managing vendor relationships.
• Familiarity with major hotel brands and hospitality best practices.
• Experience using CVENT, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace.
