📋 Description

• Fever's Back Offices management: creation, configuration, monitoring of experiences across ticketing platforms
• Operational Monitoring: daily checks of experiences to ensure correct setup and smooth operation
• Cross-Team Coordination with PM, Product, QA, Marketing, Finance to support plan configuration and launches
• API Integrations Maintenance: oversee external partner API performance and coordinate fixes
• Team Alignment & Reporting: weekly meetings to align priorities and report issues

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fast learner with strong retention and ability to multitask
• Comfortable working under pressure and handling high-demand peaks
• High level of English and Spanish (required)
• 2+ years of experience in similar roles
• Proactive and decisive, with strong problem-solving and quick-reaction skills
