Coordinate services related to finances, activities, healthcare, nutrition, household management
Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate program coverage.
Assist the supervisor in maintaining consistency in programming, individual supports, and team
Provide guidance, coaching, and support to staff and support team members.
Perform direct support duties during assigned shifts, including personal cares, meal preparation
Promote person-centered supports that foster independence, choice, dignity, and positive outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities and/or one year of
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and provide direct support for extended periods.
