• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of release best practices.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong collaboration across multiple teams and departments.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and release management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; manage multiple releases.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field with 7+ years of experience.
