• 3+ years in copywriting or content, ideally in fintech, crypto, or trading.
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating copy that moved people to act.
• Speed under pressure; ability to work quickly without waiting for approval cycles.
• High AI competency to multiply impact and keep up with demand.
• Range as a writer: headlines, long-form, microcopy, scripts, threads, email flows, and taglines.
• Taste: knowing when to cut a line as well as write one.
