Copywriting Lead

📋 Description

• Write and refine product content across email, push, in-app, and web.
• Collaborate with PMs, Product Marketing, Design, and Legal/Compliance to align messaging.
• Develop messaging frameworks, templates, and standards for scalable content.
• Lead campaign content strategy from ideation to A/B testing to drive UX and goals.
• Refine Affirm’s voice and tone across digital touchpoints for consumers and merchants.
• Analyze performance metrics and iterate on content based on testing and user feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of copywriting and/or content design in product/tech.
• Hands-on experience writing for email, push, web, and in-app messaging.
• Proven ability to collaborate with PMs, designers, and engineers to create customer-centric solutions.
• Self-starter; manage multiple projects, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail with clarity, scalability, and content consistency.
• Experience with legal and compliance review processes.
