📋 Description

• Partner with senior leaders to define hiring plans and recruiting strategies supporting headcount
• Own the full recruiting lifecycle, from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff.
• Advise hiring teams on talent-market conditions and hiring approaches for specialized and senior
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for current and future hiring needs.
• Build strong candidate relationships and deliver a timely candidate experience.
• Use recruiting data to track progress and update business leaders.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth environment, including in-house
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on hiring strategy and talent-market insights.
• Ability to build trust and influence decisions through judgment, data, and market knowledge.
• Experience developing sourcing strategies for specialized or senior roles.
• Ability to use recruiting data to identify trends and improve outcomes.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple searches and shifting priorities.
