📋 Description

• Act as a trusted extension of the operational leadership team

🎯 Requirements

• 6-10+ years of progressive experience in Business Operations, Strategic Operations, Chief of Staff
• Preferably within Fintech, Tech, Web3, or rapidly scaling global enterprises
• Strong business sense and hands-on capability to drive complex mandates from conception through
• Proven track record of operating with minimal hand-holding in ambiguous and dynamic environments
• Exceptional communication, diplomacy, and negotiation skills
