Corporate Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and manage the General Ledger Manager, Treasury Manager, and Senior Accountant, supporting
• Oversee the monthly financial close process across multiple operating entities, ensuring deadlines
• Manage financial statement consolidation, including foreign currency translation, intercompany
• Review monthly balance sheet reconciliations to ensure completeness, accuracy, and appropriate
• Oversee corporate treasury and cash management operations across multiple banking platforms.
• Support annual and interim US financial statement audits, as well as lender reporting requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is highly preferred.
• At least 7 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally including 2 or more years in a
• Thorough knowledge of US GAAP and financial statement close processes.
• Strong experience with general ledger accounting, financial consolidations, treasury, and
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint is considered an advantage.
