Corporate Action & Lending Support Specialist

📋 Description

• Oversight of Corporate Actions and securities lending across the lifecycle
• Support to Asset Management front office teams and outsourced partners
• Manage notifications, elections, entitlement calculations, and settlements
• Monitor KPIs/KRIs and manage operational risk with stakeholders
• Coordinate corporate action events, monitoring announcements and impacts
• Drive continuous improvement and automation within governance and controls

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive corporate actions expertise across asset classes
• Knowledge of securities lending and REPO transactions
• Experience with outsourced service delivery and client expectations
• Ability to manage third-party relationships and drive high-quality service
• Strong organisational, problem solving, and communication skills
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
