Corporate AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled solutions for prioritized use cases.
• Implement AI workflows across enterprise platforms (Microsoft 365, Salesforce, ServiceNow).
• Translate designs and requirements into AI solutions (prompt engineering, orchestration, RAG).
• Integrate AI with enterprise data sources and systems of record.
• Own operational readiness: monitoring, logging, tuning, and optimization.
• Partner with Security, Privacy, and IT for governance and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, data engineering, or similar.
• Demonstrated experience building, integrating, or operating production systems in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on AI experience including prompt engineering, embeddings, or RAG with OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft, ServiceNow.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Working knowledge of AI-related risks: data security, privacy, model limitations, cost considerations.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and reusable patterns.
