Corporate Analyst (Private Client) - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

📋 Description

• Conduct and maintain robust customer due diligence (CDD) on corporate and trust clients to ensure
• Perform KYC reviews for corporate clients including complex ownership structures.
• Verify client documents and identify beneficial owners and key controlling parties.
• Carry out risk assessments and customer screening (sanctions, PEP, adverse media).
• Support ongoing monitoring and periodic client reviews.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to obtain required due diligence information.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a KYC/AML/CDD role within CSP/trust or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of corporate CDD requirements and beneficial ownership identification.
• Experience reviewing complex corporate structures across multiple jurisdictions.
• Familiarity with AML regulations, sanctions screening, and risk-based onboarding.
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
