• Develop and execute a strategic plan for partner pursuits.
• Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships to enhance product and GTM.
• Negotiate complex partnership agreements with mutually beneficial terms.
• Conduct quantitative analysis, build business cases, and present to executives.
• Collaborate with product, finance, legal and GTM teams to integrate partners.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in business development, product, or corporate development.
• Proven ability to build executive relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Experience collaborating with product teams to develop and distribute new tech.
• Team player who can collaborate across Product, Legal, GTM, etc.
• Passion for Harvey's mission and AI in knowledge work.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment.
