📋 Description

• Key member of Axon’s contracts and corporate team
• Support global sales with complex transactions
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, Product, IT
• Scale legal contracting processes for rapid growth
• Travel up to 15% as needed
• Location: NYC in-office 4x/week

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years negotiating and managing complex contracts
• Draft, structure and negotiate high-volume SaaS, hardware, services contracts
• Knowledge of UK/EU procurement laws
• J.D. and bar admission in US, UK, or EU
• Experience designing and administering contract lifecycle processes
• Ability to train/mentor teammates
