Corporate Controller

📋 Description

• Oversee accounting department operations including billing, AR, AP, cash mgmt, and financial reporting.
• Lead month/quarter/year-end close; prepare monthly financial statements.
• Provide metrics-based insights to drive operational improvements, including platform consolidation.
• Establish and maintain controls to safeguard assets and update internal policies.
• Lead annual audit with external auditors and manage related information.
• Manage internal and external accountants for tax returns and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in corporate accounting with at least 5 years of management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA required (active or inactive).
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, accounting policies, and compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; focus on team development.
• Great Plains/ERP experience; ERP implementation experience preferred.
