Corporate Controller

📋 Description

• Own the global month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close; drive it to a predictable 7-10 business
• Deliver accurate, timely US GAAP financial statements, including multi-entity consolidation and
• Own the accounting content of board, investor, and lender reporting packages, and ensure ongoing
• Establish and document the company's accounting policies and technical positions, and defend them
• Lead revenue recognition (ASC 606) on complex, milestone-heavy hardware, deployment, software, and
• Advise sales, legal, and deal teams on the revenue and accounting implications of complex customer

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field; active CPA license
• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 5+ years leading an accounting function
• A track record of building and leading multi-layer accounting teams, including hiring and
• Big 4 or national-firm public accounting experience
• Deep US GAAP judgment, especially ASC 606 on complex hardware-plus-services arrangements; you can
• A track record leading external audits and building SOX-ready controls before they were required
